Do you ship orders to APO or FPO addresses?
In support of our men and women in the armed forces, we do proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses. If you have any problems placing an order to an APO or FPO address, please e-mail us by using our contact form.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We use UPS Ground as our primary delivery service. UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and requires a street address.

Can you send me a catalog?
We do not print catalogs at this time. If an item you want is not pictured on our website, please contact us and our friendly support staff will be happy to check if that item is available from any of our vendors.

What if I need to return or exchange my order?
Simply fill out and follow the directions printed on the return form. Didn't get a form with your order? Click here for instructions as well as a link to print our return and exchange form. Print it and enclose it with your return or exchange.

How long will it take me to get my order?
The map below gives a general time frame for shipping times via UPS Ground barring a backorder or other shipping delay.

Note: UPS Ground does not ship or deliver on weekends. Calculations are based on business days not calendar days.

Do you ship international?
WorkingManStore.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. To check the status of your order or track your package, please login to your International Checkout account.

Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout.
