Return & Exchange Policy

  1. All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of delivery date.
     
  2. Merchandise must be in new condition, with all original tags and labels on garments. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted. Clothing in less than new condition may be refunded at our discretion upon arrival and condition of the item(s).
     
  3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping charges due to items received because of our error will be refunded.
     
  4. Upon receipt of merchandise, we will process the return/exchange. Please allow 1-3 days for return processing and 1-2 weeks for exchange processing.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We are currently running a Comodo 128/256 bit Positive SSL certificate to do this, which we renew on an annual basis.

Shipping Policy

We offer Flate Rate shipping of $13 for all orders. We ship to a physical address only, no PO box please. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except for United States military personnel stationed abroad in which case we offer APO/FPO shipping via the U.S. Postal Service for a flat $20. Military personnel stationed at domestic bases should choose UPS Ground just like civilians.

Some items may be out of stock due to size or color availability. We will ship partial orders but will contact you for your approval. Please allow 6 - 10 business days for your item to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order is shipped. If you wish to check the status of your order prior to shipping, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-215-9928 Mon-Sat 9AM to 5PM EST or simply reply to your order confirmation email.

What information do we collect?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Like almost all eCommerce sites, we do use cookies. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their control panel and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
